Organizations & Projects
Aicser uses a two-level hierarchy: organizations contain projects, and projects contain data sources, charts, and dashboards.
Organizations
An organization is the top-level tenant. Users belong to one or more organizations. All resources — data sources, charts, dashboards — are scoped to an organization.
Creating an organization
After registering, you are prompted to create or join an organization.
Inviting members
Go to Settings → Organization → Members and click Invite Member. Enter the email address and select a role. An invitation email is sent.
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |

| Owner | Full access, manage members, delete organization |
| Admin | Manage members, manage data sources, create and delete all resources |
| Member | Create charts and dashboards, connect data sources |
| Viewer | View dashboards only |
A user can have different roles in different organizations.
Projects
Within an organization, projects provide a secondary grouping — by team, department, or data domain. Each project has its own data sources and charts.
