Dashboards

Dashboards are collections of charts arranged on a canvas. Build dashboards to monitor KPIs, share reports with your team, or create data stories.

Creating a dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboards and click New Dashboard
  2. Give the dashboard a name
  3. Click Add Chart to select from your saved charts
  4. Drag and resize charts to arrange the layout
  5. Click Save

Canvas

The dashboard canvas supports:

  • Drag and drop — move charts by dragging their title bar
  • Resize — drag the corner of any chart to resize it
  • Grid snapping — charts snap to a grid for alignment

Undo / redo

The editor maintains 50 steps of undo/redo history. Use Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z to undo and Ctrl+Shift+Z / Cmd+Shift+Z to redo layout changes.

Sharing

Dashboards are visible to organization members with the appropriate permissions. To share:

  1. Open the dashboard
  2. Click the Share button
  3. Copy the link or select team members to share with

Permissions are managed at the organization level — see Organizations & Projects.

Filters

Dashboard-level filters let viewers narrow data across all charts simultaneously. Filters are defined by the creator and can be optional or required.
