Alerts & Notifications

Enterprise Edition supports scheduled alerts that deliver chart data and reports to notification channels on a defined schedule.

Telegram integration​

To deliver notifications to Telegram:

  1. Create a Telegram bot via @BotFather
  2. Set TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and TELEGRAM_BOT_USERNAME in your environment
  3. Set TELEGRAM_WEBHOOK_URL to your server's public URL
  4. In Aicser, go to Alerts → Configure Telegram and connect your channel

Scheduled reports​

Scheduled reports run a chart query on a cron schedule and deliver the result to the configured channel.

  1. Open a saved chart
  2. Click Schedule Report
  3. Set the schedule (e.g., every Monday at 9:00 AM)
  4. Select the notification channel
  5. Click Save
